Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Facer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If Facer is unable to resolve any issue that you may have with a product, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, however, that we do not refund shipping fees.


To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and return the product to us in its original condition. This means that the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Please email us at support@facer.io to initiate a refund request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request.


If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed, as it depends on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
